How is the winner chosen?
Our winners are chosen through a random selection process. Random selection allows each entrant equal probability of winning and eliminates bias. Once the winner is selected, that individual is contacted by our team by email and or phone (if phone number is provided).
How do I know if I won a giveaway?
Winners will be notified at the email provided upon your giveaway entry shortly after the giveaway entry period closes. They must then agree to accept their prize by the deadline date (to be indicated in our initial contact) and have their eligibility to win confirmed in order to be named an official winner.
How do I update my account information?

Is this a once off payment?
Yes. Each purchase is a once only payment.
Is this open to USA nationally?
This giveaway is permitted to be run in all states in USA. Once we’ve started the draw it means that one lucky person in the USA must win.
Where can I find my ticket numbers?
Your entry numbers will be available in your account page. They will also be sent to you in an email after you purchase your merchandise.
